- 1 sweet potato
- extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt
- white pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Wash sweet potato thoroughly and slice very thin on a mandolin.
- Place in a small bowl and coat with olive oil. Mix well for even coverage.
- Season with sea salt and white pepper to taste.
- Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
